Wah, I can hear the audio, but I can't find an app that will also play the video. Could you try saving it in a different format for us non-Applers?
i'm sorry i seem like such a grumpus in this video. i had had a hard day with the driving and the traffic and the unhealthy food.
you should be able to right-click and 'save target as' or whatever it is on ie and then watch it in the quicktime player.
hmm, if anything, i would expect the audio but NOT the video to be causing problems. it's just a quicktime MOV, so if your browser plugin is up-to-date, i think it should work.

OK, here's how much I love you. I gave up my QuickTime Pro 6 for you. Yes, I lost "Pro" capability to upgrade to QT 7, so I could see your video. (Then I paid $30 to get "Pro" for v7.)
SO, I hope this is just the start of a series of movies that I will be able to enjoy fully. :-) Thanks for dragging me into the present!
