spring, eternal

so yesterday afternoon i was feeling pretty down. i think it was a combination of things that have been weighing on my mind, things past, things present, and things future. at one point, i went into the kitchen, and something caught my eye through the window. i walked out into the backyard to find out what it was.

it was hope.
