while i'm at it (bloggin', that is), i might as well give a wedding update! we've got a place, a date (october 14th, 2007!), a dress, an engagement ring, a hair plan, a general color theme, bridesmaids, and groomsmen. we also plan to do our flowers, food, cakes, and sound equipment with our venue.

now we just need an officiant, a photographer, a flower plan, wedding rings, a honeymoon, tuxes/suits, bridesmaids dresses, shoes/a veil/other accessories, music(ians?) for the ceremony, a playlist for the reception, invitations, programs, a registry, alcohol, a food plan, a cake plan, engagement and/or bridal portraits, alterations, a rehearsal dinner plan, and a flower girl dress. no problem!

according to the knot, we've got 161 days to go. i can't wait.
